In this role, you will answer customer queries and resolve issues via appropriate channels, maintain knowledge of our products and services, obtain customer feedback, and provide training to new hires.

Duties &
Responsibilities:
Promptly responding to customer queries via email, live chat, video, phone, and social media channels.
Fields calls regarding order status questions, issues with orders being damaged, product issues like a mispour, pack error, product availability, and documentation requests Supports Curbside customer order pickup Sends sales, freight, UPS and product calls to corresponding agent, as necessary Immediately escalating serious complaints or issues that you are not equipped to deal with Liaising with colleagues or managers to find the best solutions to customers' issues Identifying common problems and escalating them to management, along with possible suggestions for improvement, wherever possible Maintaining a polite, helpful, and professional manner at all times Obtaining and sharing customer feedback with colleagues and other departments so that products and services can be improved Familiarizing yourself with new products and services as they are introduced Attending meetings as required Providing training to new customer service agents Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Minimum 1 year experience with customers, customer disputes and working with internal departments for timely resolution.
Customer portal/CRM experience a plus.
Ability to meet daily/weekly/monthly deadlines.
Ability to proactively identify and resolve problems.
Strong time management, planning and organizing skills.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Be able to work with minimal supervision displaying strong self-motivation.
Detail orientated with strong analytical skills.
Good team player and able to adapt to various project requirements.
Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
