The goal is to help create an exceptional vehicle-buying experience to build customer loyalty.
Responsibilities include:
Providing an exceptional customer experience to drive loyalty Using a consultative selling process to match the best vehicle to the customer's needs Creating a great vehicle delivery experience for the customer Following up with customers to ensure satisfaction Prospecting through referrals and other creative approaches Following prospect leads diligently, either by through phone, email, or walk-ins.
Setting and achieving targeted sales goals Gaining superior product knowledge to effectively help customers Transition customers to the Service Department to support their ownership experience Assisting with the presentation of vehicles in the showroom and on the lot Explaining customer Purchase & Finance Options clearly and effectively WHO WE ARE We are Harrison Ford, located in Wellington, Ohio.
