Process Technician- Injection Molding

Basic Function:
Performs process engineering on the molding process, primarily through the set-up, adjustment and operation of all injection molding machines.

Input and extract data as necessary.
Must be able to develop of thorough understanding of molding, and machine processing.
Will be responsible for troubleshooting the process when problems are encountered, must be able to carefully document and justify all adjustments made, and be able to clearly communicate troubleshooting logic to appropriate personnel.
Must be able to analyze statistical data from the process and make necessary adjustments
Assist in performing designed experiments in this process.
Assist Operations Manager in whatever means necessary to maintain effective productivity of the molding department.
Performs tasks in compliance with all company safety policies and procedures, and all applicable codes and standard practices.
Maintains clean and safe work environment.
Performs other duties as necessary to ensure efficient team functioning.
Ensures compliance with, and continuous improvement in all applicable quality and environmental objectives, goals, accountabilities, policies and responsibilities as outlined in the Quality Management System (QMS) and Environmental Management System (EMS) program.

Five years experience of processing injection molding machines.

High School Diploma or equivalent
Knowledgeable/skilled in all areas of the molding process.
Assist operators in all areas of process when needed.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
